2016 'Beta' Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon
Oyster shell, melon, cashew cream, dried herbs (think bay and sage). There is a lot going on here. Bone dry and complex, with lovely chalky texture and a line of saline acidity weaving a course throughout. This would work very well with pork or veal, or perhaps a rich chicken dish. - Belinda Crawford, Winemaker.
