2024 El 'Castro de Valtuille' Godello
Sourced from clay and sandy sites from across Valtuille, this village expression is fermented in a mix of Foud and 500L barrels. Yellow peaches, salted lemon, yellow pear and fresh yellow flowers. Textural layers of churned butter and flint come through, wonderfully fresh and focused finishing with a nashi pear and brown apple note. - Alimentaria, Importer.
