A sort of classic blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Carignan that sits pretty and light on it’s feet. Vibrant, buoyant and full of raspberry and a hint of mushroom. Chill it down for a lazy arvo. Pass the pastis. He found that a lot of the wines of his region tended to sit heavy, so he purposefully makes wines that sit more in the glouglou category. That’s not to say they don’t exude charm, poise and clarity, because they certainly do.
