"Floraison is a new wine for 2022. Our take on a rosé. Comprised of 80% direct pressed Syrah which fermented out to an extremely delicate and light blush, with an electric acid line. We then blended into it with 20% Pinot Noir which had been macerated for two weeks and raised in stainless steel to flesh the wine out just that little bit.
