2021 Pipeño Pastiche
Pipeño is how traditional farmers refer to their historic wine in the southern Chilean valleys. This is my pastiche, a humble homage to one of the world's oldest and surviving viticultural landscapes. Complex fruits and herbs, the greener side of tropical. A very different take on Moscatel - much more herbaceous, fresh, and less floral. Quite subtle and low alcohol opens up to reveal more complexity.
