Landbier, traditional to Franconia in Bavria, Germany, is not a strict beer recipie but a style of easy drinking lagers.
Zwickel a less hopped and younger version of kellerbier are unfiltered amber lagers. Named after the Zwickelhahn, a cellar master tool used to sample from barrels. The Bayreuther Aktien Landbier zwickel pours amber with a creamy white head and drinks smoothly with a rich mouth feel, low bitterness and a banna ester aroma.
