Max Sein Wein is a biodynamic winery with a hands off approach. Started back in 2016, Max Baumann doesnt add any sulphur but still creates lovely, stable wines. He likes to give his wine plenty of time in the cellar and this one is no exception. A blend of Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Gewürztraminer are picked all together and kept as whole bunches for 4 days before being pressed to a tank where the wine remained on solids for 9 months until bottling. A blend of Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner and Gewürztraminer are picked all together and kept as whole bunches for 4 days before being pressed to a tank where the wine remained on solids for 9 months until bottling. Another 6 months in the bottle and we have a delightful, textural field blend. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit, tart with great acid and length. 11% abv.
