2022 Pinot Noir
Two-week semi-carbonic maceration. Aged for nine months on lees in century-old oak casks. The terroir comprises loess, deep and heavy aeolian limestone silts, and sandy granite. One imparts silkiness and depth, the other fruitiness and freshness. A true classic from the Domaine!
