This batch has been created using solely wild foraged Coffee Cherries picked around the Inner-West of Sydney - which were then dried alongside the beans inside of them. Inspired by Qishr - a traditional Yemeni drink made of dried coffee husks, honey and spices! This batch has been created using solely wild foraged Coffee Cherries picked around the Inner-West of Sydney - which were then dried alongside the beans inside of them. Warmth comes from hand-picked Wild Native Tasmanian Pepperberries, Native Anise Myrtle, and Wild Pink Pepperleaf – all steeped into local Summer Hill Honey to sweeten the senses. An excellent way to add zing to fresh beverages or cocktails.
