A rosé made from Grenache. Sourced from old bush vines planted in the 1950s and untouched by chemicals. Hand harvested, destemmed & left on skins for a day, then basket pressed straight to amphora & oak. Once dry, aged in a large concrete egg called Bacon. Textural, saline and flavour full rosé. Dry as a bone.
