The Yokel range defines easy drinking. Hand-harvested from a fellow's old bush vine vineyard - Eugenio, planted by the Vino Italia family in the 1950s. It's beautiful fruit, destemmed into open fermenters to do its thing on skins for around a week, then gently basket-pressed straight to tank.
