Yetti and the Kokonut - 2020 Salsa Verde
Park session faves Yetti and the Kokonut are back with a slew of smashy, summer drenched wines. The salsa verde is 100% Verdelho, Mclaren Vale picked early/mid february. Destemmend on skins for 3 weeks in a standup wooden cuvé. Fermented dry and pressed to seasoned barrels and hogsheads. White flowers kick things off and then lead you down the rabbithole with peachy/mango/pineapples, little bit of aniseed and polite tannins to finish.
