Yetti & the Kokonut - 2019 Red Semillon Egg Wine

"The last of our 2019 vintage ... Picked late March 2019 from a block hidden in the southern Adelaide Hills, located in Kuipto. We always wanted to experiment with 2 ceramic eggs that we had purchased. When this fruit came on the horizon, we knew that the stars had aligned. One egg was filled with juice from a 5 day skin contact ferment. The second egg was filled with skins and closed off for 210 days. We brought the two together a month before bottling and we're blown away about 'the funk' that was created, in a very positive way!!! Kept in bottle for another 3 months before its release. Concentrated flower and orange aromas with soft peach touch underneath. Textural mouth feel that makes you lust for more" – Dave and Koen (AKA Yetti and the Kokonut)
