2022 Zagara
As mix of Riesling (60%) from the Arbon vineyard in Tatachilla and Muscat (40%) from Chalk Hill's Little Rd vineyard in Willunga. De-stemmed and wild fermented separately until almost dry and then blended together and locked down for a further six months on skins. Pressed to seasoned French oak of all sizes and rested for a further 10 months before being blended and bottled. unfined and unfiltered with the only add being SO2. Approx 150 doz produced. – Year Wines, Winemaker.
