Presenting a very special Good Intentions x WINONA collab, BEETLEJUICE, crafted by the magnificent Mt Gambian Andy Burchell.
"Beetlejuice is 70% is Pinot Noir mv6 from our organically farmed estate grown vineyard on volcanic soils. Full carbonic maceration for almost 1 month, pressed directly to stainless on full lees. After elevage we blended 30% 2 day macerated Semillon out of barrel from a vineyard near the coast on heavy flint and limestone. The juice was left to self blend for 3 months before bottling. The resulting red white blend is a dream – it gets all the best terroir aspects Mt Gambier has to offer in the one bottle. Racy acidity and texture from the fruit on flint limestone and gritty, rough yet fruity characters from the volcanics.
