Big Tree is a West Coast IPA brewed ale and pilsner malts along with some malted oats and wheat for body. Lots going on here! A whack of hops in the kettle and whirlpool followed by a double dry hop consisting of Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. Pine needle, grapefruit, and to use a beer word, dankness. We went there.
