This Riesling was sustainably grown on sandy granitic soil by Shannon, Leah and John in the Harcourt Valley, Victoria. It’s very impressive and not by any means a “traditional” Australian reason. Lemon myrtle, sea salt, shortbread biscuits. Light like a gentle beach wave. Jake Winther is just getting better and better at wine.
