Testalonga - 2019 Keep on Punching

Racey and nervy yet soft and gentle, this Chenin Blanc is pretty darn captivating. White peach and white nectarine, with a barely audible herbaceous whisper. Fruit expression is picture perfect. Fruit from a 1961 Piketberg block, which produces very small clusters full of concentration and high natural acidity. Wild fermented and matured in a combination of foudre and stainless-steel.
