Cramant brings creamy texture, and Chouilly delivers body and richness as well as an exotic fruit flair. This is an electric, generous expression of Champagne that will not disappoint! The fruit for 'C and C' comes from Cramant and Chouilly. 

After cutting short his basketball career and being handed control of his father's domaine in 2009, Aurelien Suenen began researching the best Champagnes to inspire his own work, and realised the common factor in all the wines that truly shone was organic or biodynamic practices. With that in mind, in 2012 he began the slow, long work of converting his land to organic and biodynamic farming, cutting down the domaine's vineyard expanse from 5 hectares to just 3.5 so that all work could be focused and more closely managed. In 2016 his efforts were rewarded with organic certification. Aurelien is incredibly hands-on with his vines, changing the way they are pruned to mirror methods he learned when working in Chablis. His minute attention to detail glows brightly in his Champagnes.
