This sparkling is made from 100% Cabernet Franc and is the perfect example of racy bubbles from young winemaker Lisanne van Son. We have alot of pear notes here and green apple, ripe like they have come straight off the tree... its fressssh. Nice lingering acidity here and you can start to detect the complexity to this wine. You'll want to have this one for an aperitif.
