Sons of Eden takes its name from the two partners, Winemaker Corey Ryan and Viticulturist Simon Cowham, who both learnt and refined their trades in the vineyards and cellars of Eden Valley who together have amassed over 50 Barossa vintages. Sons of Eden is a Certified Member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia since 2022. The Marschall Shiraz is dense garnet in colour, with a complex and vibrant array of red-licorice and spiced plum aromas. The palate is rich, rounded and intensely flavoured, finishing with seamless velvety tannins. Delicious drinking upon release but will mature very well for the medium to longer term. The MARSCHALL is a Barossa Valley Shiraz, named as a tribute to the legendary Barossa Valley Vignerons who pioneered the planting of the old treasured vineyards, which the Barossa enjoys today. David Marschall was a man of many talents and in conjunction with growing exceptional fruit was a revered martial artist, actor and demolition expert.
