This EVOO is crafted with beautiful organic Picual olives hand harvested and milled by Juan Molina – olive oil master, agronomist, and dear friend of SOLO. Manually harvested over 5 hours and transported immediately to the mill. Cold pressed. Bottled and labeled by hand. Limited edition of 800 bottles produced.It has the energy and body of youth, and tastes of fresh green grass, almond, green banana. 250ml, glass bottle.
