SOLO is an extra virgin olive oil from an extraordinary place – Baños de la Encina, in the province of Jaén – one of the most renowned olive oil producing regions in the world. SOLO stands for simplicity and purity, inspired by the belief that when things are created locally, fairly, and slowly, the rewards are far greater.

This EVOO is crafted 80% Arbequina olives and 20% Brava & Mansa (native Galician varieties) from carefully selected parcels to in D.O Ribeiro (Galicia). Created by Jose Antonio García, driving force of the so called  ̈Galician heroic evoo-culture'. Manually harvested over 5 hours and transported immediately to the mill. Cold pressed. Bottled and labeled by hand. Limited edition of 500 bottles produced. It has the energy and body of youth, and tastes of almond and stone fruit. Perfect for dipping crusty sourdough. HEAVEN. 250ml, glass bottle.
