A light and fresh Sauvignon Blanc from Mt Torrens. Three ferments, all macerated on skins for a while, before resting on full solids in seasoned French barriques for 10 months. A favourite from last year for the Slow Lane crew. Beautiful. Dom Smith is based in the McLaren Vale, making delicious, easygoing wines out of his shed.
