An elegant, wholesome Syrah that fuses fruit and spice in perfect unison. Some silk in there, too. Pair with chocolate, or anything.
Dan Graham has been farming this beautiful Barossa vineyard organically since 2014. Syrah saw a 14 day wild ferment with a splash of whole bunch Viognier (about 5%). Wine was pressed to a mix of used French oak hogsheads and 20% new French oak from Cognac forests with a very light toast as to not impact the fruit.
