Sigurd - 2019 Carignan

Carignan (100%) from young vines in Northern Barossa, whole bunch fermented in 1000L vats, pressed to used French oak hogsheads for about 14 months before being hand bottled. Nose is bright, punchy and alluring, wooing you into the glass where you meet a pool of dark fruits and savoury stuff. Finishes with Dan's signature lift off the back palate, making you feel refreshed and happy.
