Say hello to Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé – the first time this little Hungarian choco has graced Australian shores!
Based in Budapest and run by husband and wife team Zsolt Szabad and Katalin Csiszar, Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé has been hand crafting chocolate for over 15 years. Each bar is moulded to look like a traditional fireplace tile and hand wrapped in beautiful recycled craft paper (no plastics!).
Without further ado ... BEER CHOCOLATE! Whoa. Dark chocolate crafted with hops (adding bitterness and frantic aromas) and malt (giving caramel undertones). Zsolt also created candy from beer and added this to the mix, which made the hops-flavoured, fruity-fermented dark chocolate even more exciting.
