Riley Harrison - 2020 Sol Blanco

So much sol. This slurpy white was inspired by the long days of summer; bathed in sunshine and refreshed by cooler nights. It's crafted with Roussanne (65%) and Grenache, sourced from the meticulously farmed organic and biodynamic certified Yangarra Estate. The Roussanne had 72 hours skin contact and partial malolactic fermentationm while the Grenache Blanc saw 48 hours skin contact. Naturally fermentated. A chalky, textural wine that is as drinkable as it is interesting. Psst – don't drink it too cold!
