A fragrant, vibrant and juicy Nero from the Adelaide Hills. A nod to the fragrant and energetic Nero / Frappato based blends from Sicily. Look out COS...Destemmed and fermented on skins for 6 days. Pressed to a few year old foudre where it matured for 12 months. An exploration into the fertile soils of the ancient Barossa, providing a fresh perspective on the more traditional drinking styles of this region.

Building our own winery gave us the freedom to take on new parcels of grapes and try new things in the winery. This is a blend of two outstanding, well-farmed properties that we’ve not previously made wine from. They’ve each brought new flavours and facets into our wines and it’s a thrill to be able to share the finished wine with you. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) from Steels Creek’s Blackwood Hill and Shiraz (35%) from Seville Estate. Aromatic, bright, medium bodied, fresh and generous.
