Pyewackets' Pineapple Mint Julep shrub is a smashing Australian twist on the traditional Mint Julep – the drink of the Kentucky derby which would be bourbon, mint syrup and crushed ice served in a frozen silver goblet. This shrub brings the pineapple and four kinds of fresh mint from Genna and Katrina's backyard. Makes a great wine spritzer or mixer for vodka or bourbon. This shrub is raw and unpasteurised, preserving its nutritional and probiotic quality, so pop it in the fridge when you get it!
