Sole Italian Malt Whisky

Made from rye, barley and wheat all locally grown, welcome to the world of Italian whisky. I know, right? "Sole" means "sun" in Italian, and is referencing Sherry production - the whisky after two years in Bourbon barrels is moved to PX casks to warm up, incubate, become whole.
