Biodynamic Chardonnay (80%) and Tocai (20%), destemmed and co-fermented on skins for 12 days. After a gentle pressing, the wine sleeps in Friuli-made French oak botti for a year on full lees. It's a complex yet easy-going amber wine that'll please the thinkers and the thirsters. Rich and bold, yet – as with all of Radikon's wines – there's this vein of acid that makes it ultra fresh.
