2020 'Sort Sol' Cabernet Franc
A slurpy, snazzy Cab Franc from Mclaren Vale that'll have you tapdancing 'til the cows come home. Or just until you finish the bottle. It was wild fermented as whole berries and pressed into neutral oak for four month's aging, then racked to concrete egg on top of some rose lees and aged for a further six months. Light, bright and full of might.
