Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling all picked on the same day from he same block in Baw Baw Shire. Biodynamic dry farming and no tillage coupled with unique volcanic soils result in a white wine of purity and precision. The Riesling was direct pressed over whole cluster Semillon and Sauvignon, before the juice was co-fermented for 7 days and pressed off to barrel to finish. This wine is alllll class. It has a powerful palate beaming with bright grapefruit and melon, passionfruit, sandalwood and savoury length. A special wine of serious cellaring potential.
