2022 Diamond Dreams

Sauvignon Blanc often gets looked over in favour other white varieties, but the Diamond Dream from Parley shows you can find just as much texture, interest and complexity in a Savvy B as you can with a Chardonnay.

Made in a Fume Blanc style, it sees battonage and oak ageing to build a silky texture. It's jam-packed with flavour - think lemon curds, melon, stone fruit, with hits of herbaceousness in there too.

Fresh and super interesting to drink. It's a ripper.
