A balanced light red, grown on our soils, rich in alluvial clay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was handpicked in the middle of March and fermented over two weeks with gentle daily pumpovers. It remained on skins under C02 cover for a further four weeks, before being pressed and matured in old French oak puncheons for 6 months.
