OMED - Smoked Olive Oil

This Spanish oil maximises the olive – from the fruit to the pit. It's crafted with the Arbequina varietal to produce a smooth and balanced virgin olive oil base. The pits from the fruit are then incinerated in the mill and only the first winds of smoke are passed over the oil, in order to obtain the freshest aromas. The smoke has a phenomenal profile: sweet and elegant. The resulting oil is heavenly, with sweet smokey notes and a whisper of vanilla and caramel.
