The tenth version of this wine that changes with each season. This year it's pinot noir dominant, with smaller parts of gerwurztraminer, syrah, gamay and pinot meunier.
Whole bunch reds, skin contact gewurzt, pressed to old French oak while fermentation is finishing. Three months in seasoned french oak. This wine is all about carefully blending specific barriques of the varieties to achieve a wine that is simply delicious. Long, fleshy and bright.
