Founded in Melbourne, Monceau was borne out of a passion for low intervention, natural fermentations. Without using sweeteners, artificial carbonation or preservatives, they brew in an ancestral method borrowed from pétillant natural winemaking, naturally fermenting and carbonating to create scrumptious flavour profiles.
Monceau Pear is brewed with a blend of pears from the West Gippsland region of Victoria. It is crisp and dry, with a delicate and refined palate reminiscent of a sparkling white. With an alcohol level slightly above 1%, this Pét Nat Kombucha is your new best friend.
