Minerva - Codfish Pate
Wild caght in the deep sea, this codfish is cut by hand and canned with potatoes, parsley, nutmeg, bechamel sauce, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Rich in calcium and vitamin D, but without the fats and contaminants from industrialised fishing operations. Enjoy with crusty sourdough, on crackers, in a sandwich – or however you like!
