A blend of 60% Grenache gris and 40% Macabeu from a 0.5-hectare parcel of vines planted on a soil of lime, clay and slate. co-maceration and fermentation for 1 month in 1000-litre Italian amphorae, with indigenous yeasts, then matured for five months in the same amphorae.
