A sweet and tangy organic vermouth that reflects the Hunter in the middle of winter. It’s the first of their vermouth project highlighting the changes of season, made with a Semillon base, some cane sugar, a splash of verjus and a dosage of the solera Verdelho ‘Madeira’ they make.
