Ludwig ‘Lulu’ Bindernagel, previously an architect, got his upstart in Burgundy, learning the ins and outs of fine wine growing and vinifying. Of course, due to sky-high prices and inheritance laws surrounding the precious vines of Burgundy, instead of settling on someone else’s fruit he found his own in the gorgeous Jura. A solid recommendation for those who love to two-step between differing styles of textural white.
