Anton van Klopper makes natural wine! By his definition, and consequently encouraging the standard of many others inspired by him, natural wine must be made from organic / biodynamic grapes and naturally fermented. The winemaker must not fine, filter or add anything including sulphur. So this one’s for the zero/zero heads. Anton, along with his merry band of Basket Range bandits, like to make wines for health, to the betterment of humans and the environment.
