Like riding bareback through an open desert - wind, hair, everywhere. Pepper, earth spice, red dirt and bouncy red fruits. Lil funk and grind. Despite the somewhat clerical name, this wine is anything but straight up and down. Zero sulphur straight electrifyingly present Grenache from Owen Latta, sourced from the Shay's Flat vineyard in Landsborough, Pyrenees.
