As is the goal with grower Champagne, Pierre and Sophie Larmandier are

taking a more natural approach to their craft than most in the region. They manage their 15 hectares in the south of Côte des Blancs biodynamically, an arduous task in a climatically unfavourable part of the world and opt for a more hands off approach in the cellar. Long, slow ferments and an aversion to dosage make for wines of astonishing length, drive, minerality, purity.
