Based in Upper Moutere on the South Island of New Zealand, Alex Craighead crafts expressive, zero additive wines from 10 different varieties across 4 vineyards (owned and leased). Fruit is dry farmed organically and harvested by hand. ‘Invierno’ is a marriage of whole bunch Pinot Noir (75%) and Pinot Gris (25%), co-fermented for 4 days, then pressed and wild fermented in stainless. Zero sulphur added. A light red that’s so full of life it feels nourishing. It's fresh and bunchy with a lustrous and easy-going palate. Chill down and enjoy with or without food.
