Jumping Juice is a vinous project of Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. It’s an explorative celebration of the great regions that make up Australia. The pair have been kicking around and heading on wine adventures together since they were both 18, when they set off to explore the London wine scene, discovering their passion for viticulture and winemaking. After a number of years studying and working on their own projects, Patrick and Xavier joined forces to create Jumping Juice.
