Having spent his life watching his parents drive organic and biodynamic grape growing in Australia, Josh sources top quality fruit from central and western Victoria, crafting nuanced potions that balance beautifully between classic and contemporary. 

This cool climate Syrah is not your classic Big Boy Shriaz. Sorry dad. Made in tiny quantities, it's rich and intense yet dainty and ethereal, with round elegant tannins and spirited acidity. The palate is a tapestry of blackberry, redcurrent, licorice, cherry, anise and nutmeg, plus a whoollllllle lot more.
