Jilly White Wolf of Cumbria Rose

The lovely Jared Dixon, making a name for NSW wine from the underloved region, Clunes. The White Wolf series is dedicated to one of his late relatives, a "white wolf" as named by the local community. This Rosé is a blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz and Durif, fermented wildly and then sat in old oak for a spell. It is so, so more-ish, juicy, quenchy but amaro licked in the finish. Bit of fun and flirt throughout. A rosé when you're craving something pink, but interesting.
